Recommended Product- Duromax GP Putty

Cracks formed are first cut to form a V-shaped grove. Duromax GP Putty is then applied manually to fill the cracks as deep as feasible. Deep cracks are injected with Duromax EP Grout.

SEALING LAYER 1

Recommended Product- Duromax Corokote CT

Coal tar has been best known for waterproofing due to its flexibility, resistance to water and cost effectiveness. But its low weatherability hinders the longevity of the system. Duromax developed a combination of coal tar with epoxy to get the best of both binders making it an excellent waterproofing compound.

SEALING LAYER 2

Recommended Product- Duromax Screedkote DC

Quick setting, cement-epoxy hybrid compound is another economical way to ensure complete sealing. This layer also reinforces the system as a whole and lays foundation for strong adhesion of the top acrylic layer.

Seals the system further with thick 3 mm layer

PROTECTIVE LAYER

Recommended Product- Duromax Thermocool ACR

Along with solar heat reflective properties, Duromax Thermocool ACR also adds to water repellency of the coating. It strongly bonds to cementitious layer and protects the system from extremes of weather.
