In late 20th century, many MNCs entered Indian market with their repair and maintenance polymer products. Due to huge demand the companies flourished even with their highly priced products but not for long. their failure rate was quite high for the following resons:

• Products did not suit Indian climatic conditions (Prepared for Europian conditions).
• Job work was not carried out by well trained individuals.
• Rates of jobs were not justified.
• Recommendations of products were often inappropriate.

Keeping these points in mind, Duromax was founded in 2005, and initial years were dedicated to R&D of products and training of individuals for different jobs.
