Anti-skid, Abrasion Resistant Flooring

High resistance to abrasion caused by traffic is brought by single thick monolithic layer of epoxy along with coarse aggregates.

Primer Layer: Duromax Sealerkote (200 micron)

Solvent-less, transparent DUROMAX SEALERKOTE is a two component, amine cured epoxy system which cures to give a tough, semi-flexible coat. It bonds strongly to suitably prepared MS, wood, concrete, terrazzo, tiles, asphalt and previously coated epoxy or polyurethane surfaces.

Screed Layer: Duromax Screedkote PT (2+ mm)

Solvent-less, DUROMAX SCREEDKOTE PT is a three component, amine cured epoxy system that consists of hard aggregates of appropriate particle sizes. It cures to give a uniformly pigmented, tough flooring layer that has very high abrasion resistance and compressive strength per mm of dry film thickness (DFT).DFT can vary from 1.5-8 mm as per the application conditions.
