Stain and Scratch Resistant Flooring
Based on novel technology especially recommended for both interior and exterior cement bound floors, Duromax Hybrid Flooring is a two-layer system of about 100 micron thickness:
Two Coats of: Duromax Floorcon
DUROMAX FLOORCON TOP is a single part, ready to use coating which is applied as the top coat on the primed floor. It forms a pigmented thin coat that offers excellent stain protection along with the best in class scratch resistance when it comes to seamless floors. It cures in contact with moisture and has been designed to have a very low viscosity.

- Good resistance to most chemicals
- Water vapour permeable, no blistering as seen in epoxy/PU floorings
- Fully functional and polishable after 24 hours
- Non-combustible / low VOC application
Note: Impact damage and heavy load bearing capacity of the floor will be the property of concrete floor laid prior to the hybrid coating system.
