CORROSION PROTECTION IN WET AREAS
As the rusting process accelerates in presence of humidity, usual enamel and acrylic paints are unable to arrest corrosion from the source. While the upper surface may still hold the glossy enamel layer for some time, but on the inside, the metal surface is gradually reducing in thickness due to corrosion. Keeping in mind, the extensive area of such applications, Duromax has the most cost effective and long lasting solution.
Recommended Product: Duromax Corokote
Based on two part epoxy and high performance additives, Duromax Corokote offers durable protection to metals structures and components that corrode due to moisture or chemical fumes. It contains appropriate corrosion resistant fillers that arrest the corrosion from the origin. Minimum two coats are recommended.

NOTE: For structures in direct contact with sunlight, Duromax Corokote PU must be applied as top coat.
Based on two part polyurethane and high performance additives, Duromax Corokote PU offers high quality decorative, tough, flexible coating that possesses good chemical resistance, UV stability and overall excellent weatherability. It bonds strongly to suitably prepared metal, wood and concrete surfaces. Suitable for open atmosphere where moisture, hydrocarbons, oils, alkalis and mild acid fumes are encountered. It is suitable for top coat application only.
